BLUEBERRIES & RASPBERRIES

SUMMER HOURS:   Tues-Sat from 9am-4pm

There are more than 10 varieties of blueberries.  Each variety has a different ripening time starting in early July and ending in August.  The varieties are planted in rows, from front to back, and sections 1 through 5.

To pick the ripe Blueberries, find the ones that nearly fall off into your hand.

The all-over “blue” berries will be sweeter.

Late in the season you will find more to pick under branches and toward the middle of the bush.

Raspberries are here and ready to pick.

Dogs are not allowed in the berries.

Price for PYO blueberries is $8.50 per quart. Raspberries are $5.50 per pint.

P

You can pay for your berries with cash, check or card.

Gravenstein are an early apple, ready in late August. We sell them during Blueberry season and into apple season. We will still have them this week & maybe for a short time longer. Please ask for them as they are no longer on display. They do make excellent apple pies.

Hi, Do you have pick your own raspberries right now? I’m looking to go this week, but some farms websites say July and September for raspberries. Your site mentions there are raspberries at the beginning of the week… just wanted to confirm before we head over. Thanks, Molly

Hi, I sorry to say we have come to the end of raspberry picking for this year. You may find some fall bearing raspberries at other farms in late August.

Do you allow well-behaved dogs to accompany their owners for blueberry and raspberry picking?
