We have an early Fuji and we are picking them now. Delicious will not be ready until the 1st week in October.

Best picking for Fuji starts around the 27th, about a week. There will be some for picking now but many more will be ready by then. All the crops are a little delayed this year.

We are thinking in a week more or less. I’ll post it as soon as they are ready.

Maybe 2 weeks or so. We have not really started to pick them yet!

We have a good number of both to pick. The Fujis are small and more scattered, the Delicious are plentiful.
Hi… Wondering when the last date for October picking is and whether there’s anywhere to eat a picnic lunch? Also any other restrictions besides a leash for my corgi???

Hi! you and your Corgi may go anywhere. the only other thing we ask is that you clean up after him! There are great places to have picnics but no tables. Picking continues as long as there are apples on the trees and the weather is favorable, usual through Oct.
Any varieties available yet this year (2018)?
We have started PYO apples with Honeycrisp and Gala for this year. On the stand we have Gravenstein and Ginger Gold.

We expect there will be, though there will be fewer varieties available.
What are the prices for apple picking?
$17.00 for a peck and $30.00 for a 1/2 bushel.

Hi, we are open and you can go into the orchard and see what you can find. The apples will likely be diminished in quality because of the cold. We’ll top up your bag back at the stand with apples we’ve picked.
Is my small dog welcome? Do we need to make a reservation? What Covid-19 requirements are thereto follow? We are a party of 5 people.
Hello, we do allow dogs on leashes and cleaned up after. You don’t need a reservation. We’ll post if that changes. I’ve just added a page in the menu about our procedure here. Masks are required around the stand and anytime you are near others. Many people are covering their face everywhere in the orchard to keep the fruit clean. Hand washing stations are at the check in, check out and by the port-johns. A groups 5 is fine!
If we come to pick apples tomorrow or Wednesday, can we pick some of the Macoun? We forgot the price of the different size bags so can you let us know by email. Also which apples that are ready would be good for applesauce> ? Thanks LG
Macoun are not ready yet. Ruby Macs are a good alternative and they are ready. another couple of weeks before Macouns.

Hi, can we pick Mutsu this Thursday, Sept 24? The website lists it as ready for pick up, but your phone message does not mention them. Will greatly appreciate your quick answer.
You are welcome to come pick them. We found this weekend many apple varieties were picked with enthusiasm even though they weren’t ready. So, if you’d like to get some please come and try, they’ll be close to ready. The far end of a row of apple trees should still have a good amount of fruit.
Will there be apples ready for picking by Sunday, Sept 18?
Most varieties will be ripe by then.
What offerings, pickings, activities will you offer Oct 15 – 25, 2022? Looking for activities during a visit with family.
We will have some varieties of apples for picking and on the stand. You are welcome to walk the orchard, there are no restricted areas and it’s a beautiful place to relax. There are quiet spots and open areas to gather. We only sell what we grow, no donuts, food trucks
or crowds.

Hi! It is the end of our season this year. We still have red delicious, Empires, Cortland and Macoun on the trees but by the weekend there may not be very much of all. We do have a stand full of varieties that we’ve picked through the season. They will be available for a while longer. There is nice color on the trees!
Thank you! We’ll try to get there tomorrow. We don’t mind searching through the trees for apples – and the weather should be nice!
